On December 11th, 2015, the seminar on “Japan in Abe’s regime: problems, challenges and countermeasures” was jointly organized by the Institute of Japan Studies of Jilin University, the Northeast Asian Studies College and the National Japanese Economic Association. The conference covered three topics including "Development Trends in Abe's Political Science and Japanese Political Diplomacy", "Abenomics and the Future Prospects of Japan's Economic Revival", and "Abe's Historical Understanding and Prospects for Future Sino-Japanese Relations".

The convening of this conference is of great significance for systematically sorting out the development context of Japan's national strategies after the war, scientifically judging the development prospects of Abenomics and Japan's economic revival, and accurately grasping the development trends of Abe's political science and Japan's political diplomacy.
